Returns and Refunds

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

To that end:

  • You will receive the exact product you ordered. 
  •  Each item is carefully inspected for defects prior to shipping.
  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging. 
  • Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Returns after 3 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
  • If approved:
    • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. 
    • Please allow a 5 - 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet: 
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to reflect.
    • Reach out to your bank for further confirmation.
